Our B&DC Consulting team works diligently to create community strategies by developing multi-models platforms.  We provide resources that generate optimal environments to assist organizations to effectively build cooperative teams that relate well with the clientele they serve.

HOW

WHAT

Our team is inspired by the opportunity to generate co-created customized materials to assist organizations in the process of building and developing healthy and effective community with a focus on establishing and maintaining meaningful relationships.  The systems include: Individual and group leadership training, seminars, books, round table discussions, coaching and mentoring programs.

One of the primary missions of B&DC Consulting is duplication. The source of this focus is to make a difference with those who need a difference made in their lives while inspiring them to be developed to serve as difference makers themselves. 

We are so dedicated to this portion of our mission that the first 10 percent of B&DC’s income is allocated to local, national and global organizations. The relationships created assist those whose purpose is to serve communities in need.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE

COMMUNITY BUILDING POWER BRAID

The Community Building Power Braid is a series of training modules that include experiential models and tools of application.  Each training activity facilitates the development of leadership and team building skills to establish the continued elevation of organizational productivity by constructing safe environments and trusting atmospheres within systems of cooperation.

Emotional safety can be difficult to describe, but delightful to experience. When an opportunity to interact in a safe environment is provided the results can be worth their weight in gold. 

The Environmental Power Braid facilitates teaching the principles and transitional stages of, discovery, development and delivery through models named The Golden Connection. Each exercise: The Golden Circle, The Golden Mailbox and The Golden Ticket experientially reveals a process and benefit of operating as a community within an environment of emotional safety.

Cooperation is a significant foundation allowing organizations to generate and maintain momentum within the structure of their leadership, operational networks and clientele.  Through the Team Building & Cooperation Power Braid, participants are introduced to principles of discovery, development and delivery of relational cooperation by addressing and strengthening processes of problem solving, while enhancing protocols of strategic planning and team building

The Systems of Team Building & Cooperation  Power Braid introduces principles and transitional stages through models named: TAC representing, The Alliance Coalition. The exercises are: Mutual Values, Bridges & Towers, Moments of Affirmation. These exercises experientially motivates organizations to engage in procedures that potentially enhances the desire for teams to experience the benefits of operating cooperatively as a community.

Through the Atmospheric Power Braid, participants are introduced to principles of discovery, development and delivery of building and strengthening professional and personal relationships founded on platforms of trust.

The Atmospheric Power Braid introduces principles and transitional stages through models named ACT, this acronym stands for Authentically Connecting Together.  The exercises, Improving The Outcome, The Evolving Machine and The Trust Fund Award experientially inspires the process of building trust which reveals the benefits of operating as a community within an atmosphere of organic trust.
