Powerbrayd Mentoring Platform
We created CCI’s Powerbrayd Mentoring Platform to illustrate and describe the unity and strength experienced by those who complete the training platform steps of Discover, Develop and Deliver. Training can be experienced in one on one, or in small groups sessions
The Discover’s Platform
This platform is designed to work with those who have demonstrated leadership qualities. As individuals complete this program the participants will be positioned to build relationships that inspire growth and productivity.
The Developer’s Platform
This platform is designed to prepare developing leaders to become next generation mentors. As mentors they will inspire others to successfully move the organization’s purpose and vision forward.
The Deliver’s Platform
This platform is designed to lead executives and administrators through an exhilarating experience of executive duplication. Executive duplication is the the finished process of preparing and positioning an individual with the skills and experiences to fill the leadership roll of the individual who has meticulously mentored them.
MEDIATION
Unresolved issues create chaos that often destroys the potential of powerful teams. This can stem from a long list of misunderstandings. The awareness that resolution is necessary demonstrates that these individuals are ready to make a positive change.
