The engagement Mr. Gibson established was transformative for the adult students who came from underserved and underprivileged communities, including those with challenging backgrounds and returning citizens.
Mr. Gibson's training was a masterclass in impactful communication, innovative teaching methods, and inspirational guidance. His ability to connect and convey powerful messages of hope, perseverance, and personal development was truly remarkable.
Mr. Gibson’s contribution to this program was pivotal. The principles he taught and the group exercises he led were innovative and engaging, creating a visible shift in the perspectives and aspirations of our students.
The impact of Mr. Gibson’s training was so profound that it was unanimously decided to invite him back for a second session with the next cohort. His ability to inspire transformation and kindle hope in the thoughts of those who have faced considerable adversity, is a testament to his exceptional skills as an educator and leader.

The Leadership Summit presented by Stephen Gibson of CCI generated a deeper connection of our service based nonprofit leadership team.
Mr. Gibson’s lesson on how to construct a focused target seeking approach has inspired us to utilize our tools and resources with a laser’s accuracy.
As an organization, we have committed to replicated the principles, wisdom and tools of the Golden Circle that facilitate the alignment of inclusive authentic relational leadership we learned that day. With the newfound dedication we have successfully established and maintained an exciting momentum as we connect with the clients our organization serves.

Our music program at Matthews Memorial Baptist Church in Washington D. C. was in chaos. Stephen Gibson of CCI was brought on board to help us. He met with the church leadership, the music staff and each of the 6 choirs. After learning the history and the department’s desire to experience excellence he went to work.
What transpired over the next few months surpassed everyone’s imagination. With a systematic leadership approach and a method of sharing his insights, Stephen inspired the newly formed leadership team to produce a vision that required positive change.
The newly developed leadership team found imaginative ways to involve and excite the members of the fragmented music team to buy into the ideas of change for our good. Ultimately the team created a new rehearsal and performance schedule that motivated 105 of the 106 volunteer singers to commit to the unified structure.
On the first Sunday in May our congregation of over 1,000 members was absolutely delighted when the 105 member choir stepped into the choir loft. For the first time as well, the entire instrumental staff led what was to be a regular inspirational music portion of the service.
With the principles and practices Stephen taught and modeled, we went through an organizational change that could have completely destroyed our already splintered music program. Instead, by the leadership he provided we evolved into a unified department with a commitment to musical excellence and unity.
