My name is Stephen Gibson, I am an author, ordained minister, university professor, certified mediator, certified grief counselor and a recipient of the, Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award. 

As the founder of CCI, my purpose and desire is to serve you. CCI is dedicated to the process of providing customized programs that inspire growth in organizational leaders and teams. These individuals are then well positioned to move the organization’s vision and objectives forward. Three individuals had a profound influence on my life and the development of CCI. Dr. James Painter, Dr. Raymond Jackson, and Les Brown.

Under Dr. James Painter tutelage I was introduced to and learned from he and John Maxwell. In that time of mentoring I developed many of the principles I teach. These experiences included producing skills of building community vision, establishing dynamic team applications, effective organizational communication, leadership mentoring skills and educational curriculums.

While an undergraduate and graduate student at Howard University, I was mentored by Dr. Raymond Jackson.  Dr. Jackson modeled and demonstrated how to build meaningful relationships by maintaining a safe atmosphere that inspired individuals and groups to develop inspired communities.  By utilizing and teaching the principles learned from Dr. Jackson, I discover elements and protocols of leadership duplication. Ultimately this resulted in a legacy of successful business.

The third person to have an impact on my career development was motivational speaker and author Les Brown. He became a mentor and friend.  Les inspired me to develop concepts and methods for developing the next generation by sharing and demonstrating how to discover excellence. 

As a result of my mentorship with Les Brown, I authored the book Achieving Your Dreams By Understanding Life’s Lessons. The book inspired me to create the company, Achieving Your Dreams Unlimited, (AYDU) which also led to the establishment of CCI.
